General

-We shall not be responsible to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for incidental, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, any loss of profit (direct or indirect), loss of sales, loss of goodwill or reputation, loss of business, third party claims, pure economic loss arising out of or in connection of the performance or non performance of our obligations under these terms and conditions including such damage as may be reasonably foreseeable at the date you order the goods.
-Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
-Our liability for any claim for loss or damage shall be limited to the sum paid by you for the goods. 
-Any unauthorised use of material on this site is strictly prohibited.
 
Product Information

-We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

-All sizes and measurements are approximate; Size and colour charts are provided as a guide only. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to measure themselves to ensure the dress they are ordering is the correct size.

-To avoid disappointment, please make sure you are certain on the dress style, fabric and size before ordering.
-Individual designed dresses may vary from exact design therefore no guarantee will be given.
-Please note that rush order charges are not refundable.
 
Delivery Times
  
-All expected delivery times given are estimates, are not guaranteed, and do not form part of any contract.  It is therefore your responsibility to allow ample time prior to your wedding for contingencies.
-Items will usually be shipped around 6-7 weeks. Larger size orders, orders with unique specifications and some of the more complicated styles will take longer. Unfortunately we cannot work to customer deadlines so it is wise to order your dress at least 6 to 7 weeks in advance if you have a special event you need it for. Ready-to-ship dresses will usually be shipped within 1 to 2 working days of your payment. Allow another 1 to 2 working days for delivery.
If an item is returned to us because it has not been delivered then re-shipping costs will be charged to re send the item.
Customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These arenot included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. If you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import duty and VAT fees, the cost of the original item will not be refunded.
 
Returns and Refunds
  
-Custom-made dresses cannot be returned for an exchange or refund;
-The buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the seller via email within 24 hours of delivery if the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the contract. If the buyer fails to do so, the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods. After this period we have the right to refuse a return.
-Items must be returned within 3 working days from the date of receipt at buyer¡¯s expense.
All items must be returned unworn, unsoiled, undamaged and unaltered with original hanging straps, tags still attached and uncut, hangers, and protective covering where applicable. Items washed, dry cleaned, or otherwise handled are not refundable. Items returned in unacceptable physical condition (e.g. torn, stained, streaked) are not refundable. Please treat the returned item with the same care in which you received it.
-If you cannot provide us with a tracking number for the item within 3 working days, we will refuse the return.
-Once we receive the returned item, it will be remade or modified to rectify any points of dissatisfaction and then shipped back to you.
-Should you decide to exchange a dress for the same style, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match although in most cases, the colour difference is negligible.
-All custom-made gowns will have a 45% restocking fee applied from the full purchase price of the gown. Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will also incur a 45% restocking fee. The original shipping charge on your order is not refundable.
-Payment of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please do not ship anything back to us until AFTER you have contacted us for our return shipping address and details.
-If you cancel your order for any reason before we ship it to you there is a 'stop production' fee of 45% of the value of your order taken off your refund, no matter what stage of production your order is at.
-A postage charge is applicable on items that require re-delivery.
Return Authorisation Number
 
A Return Authorisation Number must be requested by email. This number is used by ourselves to process returns and should be entered on the back of the Dispatch Note. When you return any item, you must include the Return Note in your return package. Items returned without a Return Authorisation Number will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Made to measure

We can make some types of customized pieces. If you ask us to make a customized piece we will follow your instructions and sketches as closely as possible. However, during production, we reserve the right to make changes to your instructions as we see fit, without contacting you about them. On custom items there are absolutely no exchanges or refunds. Payment for adjustments, if made with us after receiving the item, are the responsibility of the customer. Any design that is sent to us by a customer to make as a custom piece becomes our property, which we can make and sell again through our normal sales channels.
 
Alterations
 
Your gown may need altering to get a perfect fit, we advise you source a professional and experienced bridal seamstress to do any alterations. We accepts no liability for any alterations undertaken.
 
 
Warranty
The seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage including loss of profit or any other form of compensation. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be construed to limit the seller¡¯s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Force Majeure
The seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply and the seller shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
